What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we are more than happy to promptly replace it for you. Faulty items will be exchanged for an identical product in the original size that was initially ordered.
What happens if my order is returned to the sender?
If a customer's order is returned to us due to non-claiming of the package or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer is kindly requested to cover the reshipping fee in order to receive their item promptly. However, if the reship fee is not paid, a refund will be processed for the cost of the items exclusively."
